At Karwaan Collections, your satisfaction is our priority. Each item is inspected with care before dispatch, ensuring quality and authenticity in every order. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and damaged products.
1. Return Policy (3 Days Return Window)
We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered. However, please note:
- We do not offer refunds.
- All returns are processed strictly as exchanges only.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
If the product appears used, washed, damaged, or altered in any form, the return or exchange request will be declined.
2. No Return — Only Exchange
Karwaan Collections follows a No Return, Only Exchange policy, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item delivered.
You may exchange a product for:
- A different size
- A different color
- A different article of equal value
Any price difference in exchange items must be paid by the customer.
3. Damaged Product Policy
We take quality control seriously, but if a damaged or defective product is received, the customer must:
✅ Report the issue immediately at the time of delivery
✅ Call us in front of the rider
*If the customer fails to report the damage in the rider’s presence,
the product will NOT be eligible for exchange or return.
This step is essential for claim verification. We do not accept damage complaints after the rider has left.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible:
- Used or washed products
- Articles without original tags and packaging
- Customized or altered stitched items
- Accessories or sale items
5. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order Number and product details.
- Send clear pictures of the product (and damage if applicable).
- Ship the item back to our return address once approval is given.
- The exchange item will be dispatched after the returned product is received and inspected.
Note: Shipping charges for exchange are to be paid by the customer unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
